    HR & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

    Role Purpose
    To support the smooth running of Cedarnet’s people and administrative functions by coordinating HR processes, employee welfare, documentation, recruitment, meetings and day-to-day office administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
    Support staff welfare, engagement and performance management activities.
    Maintain accurate HR files, leave records and attendance documentation.
    Coordinate staff meetings, minutes, schedules and follow-ups.
    Provide administrative support to management, including PA/secretarial duties to the CEO.
    Coordinate company events, internal communications and staff activities.
    Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
    Assist with procurement, office supplies and general administrative coordination.
    Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
    Handle employee queries and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
    Support management with ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
    2–4 years’ experience in HR and/or administration.
    Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
    Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
    Professional, discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
    Proactive, responsive and solution-oriented.
